What an experience!! The ease of driving up and everything was ready for us. Not just a rental experience but the wonderful feeling of owning the property we vacation in. The team at FRAXIONED is so helpful and always available to handle any needs we have, big or small. we own three shares in two different properties and it is one of the best decisions we have made for our family.

My husband and i had been looking for a good "starter" investment. We wanted to start and airbnb but it was just going to be such a big expense. Fraxioned was the perfect solution, because we were able to purchase 1/8 of a home, instead of the whole thing! Dan Henry sold us a share of a beautiful home in Bear Lake, and he was so nice and easy to work with! He was always available to answer questions and send over information. Definitely would recommend Fraxioned to anyone who is wanting to get into real estate investing, without having to spend your life saving to do it!

There were 8 of us who stayed here for a Sister's Retreat and we LOVED this place!! The surrounding amenities were amazing!! That Laguna and the pickle ball courts were SO worth it!! We wanted to get some R&R along with some fun, bonding time and it was more than we expected!! All of the girls said they loved this place and we want to come back with our families. The second floor balcony with the hot tub, fire pit and dining table were perfect for gathering. Red Rock was GREAT to work with!! I had tons of questions and they responded to me right way with good answers. All of the instructions were very clear and understandable. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the comfort of the bunk beds. I'm sure they are okay for children, but they aren't comfortable for adults. I hope the owners make that change and put some money into buying more comfortable mattresses for those bunk beds. Other than that, it really was the perfect week at The Crown Jewel!!

Excellent stay. Definitely recommend if staying in the desert color area.

Beautiful home and location! Everything was super easy

As a seller, I couldn't recommend Fraxioned more. Working with Ricardo and Capri has been beyond amazing as they have taken care of everything from design to setup to listing.

I will say that we tried listing in fractions on our own, but ended up taking it down not long after as we realized we were in way over our heads. Deciding to list with Fraxioned was definitely the right choice!

This house is absolutely gorgeous and stocked with things to do for all ages.  I booked the place for 16 people and every single person was blown away by how nice the house was.

What a dream! Ownership with Fraxioned is sensical and hassle-free. We just bring our clothes and get a clean, beautiful home fully ready to dive into our vacation; every time. The rental income has also been very nice to cover the expenses and has been an easy investment to track.

The property was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Unfortunately we were surrounded by construction and had no WiFi during our stay. We hope to come back once the construction in the area is completed.

I honestly thought this place was too good to be true. Until we showed up! Everything was just like the photos, and there was so much to do INSIDE the house, that no one was ever board. We came in for our wedding and had out entire wedding party stay with us. Day of the wedding, i stayed on the 2nd floor playing games the whole time while the bride got ready on the 1st floor (since we couldn't see each other until the ceremony). Everything was neatly laid out and the instruction on how to work the pool/check-in were very clear. This was the best Airbnb i've ever been too, and my friends/family loved everything about it!

The view was amazing, close to town, plenty of parking. Owner was amazingly responsive with answers to questions and guidance. Comfy beds too.

YAY! We just purchased our 2nd fractional ownership with FRAXIONED! We have another one with Ember, but FRAXIONED is sooo much better to work.  There are 2 huge differences in the companies. First, is how hands-on the team is at FRAXIONED! They answer every question ASAP with explanations that are incredibly understandable! The team is kind and friendly as well! And they actually look into any suggestions you may have. My husband and I had the opportunity to meet them and it was just so comfortable…like we’ve been friends forever! The second difference is the scheduling.  With Ember, you pick all your days 18 months in advance through draft scheduling. I don’t know about you, but we rarely know what we’re doing next week! FRAXIONED on the other hand, has availability style scheduling…we can look at the house availability and go the next day…but we can also schedule up to 2 years in advance!! So…if you’re in the market for a second home but don’t want the cost or responsibility that goes into that, you won’t go wrong with a FRAXIONED home!! PS…this is only the 2nd Google review I’ve ever done…that says a lot about this company!!

This home is no doubt the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in.  The location is perfect and the amenities are outstanding.  If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area you have to look here.  Our group of 12 had plenty of space for golf trip.  Easy access to the courses we stayed and we found plenty to do.  We would absolutely return to this home in the future.

The place was clean except for one thing and I contacted the company and they took care of it right away and made it right . We loved staying there and would definitely stay there again. Great location . The only thing I didn’t like was there were two air conditioners right outside the master and at night they were noisy while I was falling asleep but once I was asleep

They didn’t bother me .

We loved our stay at Red Rock. Our grandkids wanted to move in and not go home. It was the perfect get away for our group. Would visit again in a heartbeat.

It met all of our expectations... lovely home in a great location! We hope to be back next year... when it isn't raining :o)

Loved this house! Close to the center of everything but far enough away for privacy and peace and quiet. We loved sitting on the back covered patio in the afternoon/evenings and looking at the great view of the lake and green scapes.

The hot tub was perfect for after an activity filled day.
